When a decision is received, we review the notice with you and help explain the administrative outcome and potential next steps. Saric will appeal unfavorable decisions. If the Notice of Decision is not correct, we can file the appeal and represent the resident or their POA.

We believe in upfront clarity. When scheduling a consultation, the current hourly rate is discussed. During the consultation, if you proceed with us to complete the application process, the caseworker will quote a retainer based on the type of application.

Travel & Expenses

For families requiring in-person support across Illinois, travel costs are calculated reasonably and communicated proactively to maintain full transparency.
